Responsibilities

Join the Continuum BIM team as an Administrative & Accounting Assistant. You will be responsible for the company's administrative and accounting management, vendor and client file follow-up, invoicing, and financial reporting.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting: invoice entry, bank reconciliations, tax declarations
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of client and vendor contracts
  • Prepare payroll elements in coordination with the accounting firm
  • Manage cash flow and client payment follow-ups
  • Draft administrative correspondence and maintain document filing
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management
  • Coordinate office logistics (supplies, equipment, travel)

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Sage, Excel, and office tools
  • Knowledge of Moroccan tax regulations
  • Rigor, organization, and sense of confidentiality
  • Fluent French, Arabic appreciated

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a design office or construction company
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Professional English
